Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of service.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We use various shipping options. We use third-party companies for shipping the products. All times and dates given for shipping and delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Processing generally takes 1-2 business days for items that are marked plainly with an 'in stock' status. Customers with an active Wield VR Care Package receive priority handling, with processing completed within 1 business day where possible.

For items in presale, general shipping time estimates for timelines of our manufacturing runs and batch shipping are given on the product pages.

Express shipping option takes 1-2 business days depending on the shipping address.
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days internationally, with longer timeframes possible for remote addresses.

The advised time scales can also be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. If you need your products in a hurry or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us at info@wieldvr.com after reading through the information on this page.

Wield VR Care Package Customers

If you have purchased the Wield VR Care Package, you are entitled to priority handling and free express shipping both ways for warranty or service claims as well as for new product orders, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer outside of the United States.

General information

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically otherwise noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

If you require your shipping address to be changed, please inform us as soon as possible via email at info@wieldvr.com or the support form at wieldvr.com/pages/support. We will try to accommodate address updates. It is the customer's responsibility to provide Wield VR with the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

Please note, we or the third party shipping company we use may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

All shipments to the United States are made with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
No extra duties, taxes or customs fees apply to customers within the United States.

All our international shipments outside of the United States are made with Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
Wield VR Care Package coverage does not waive duties, taxes or customs fees on international shipments.

Holiday Closures 2025 - Shipping from Finland

Please be informed that our factory and courier company services will be closed on the following dates due to public holidays. If your order cannot be shipped on these days, rest assured it will be dispatched within the next 1 - 2 working days.
