By participating in the Wield VR OneStock Cashback Initiative, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Offer valid only for customers who have purchased a OneStock device directly from https://wieldvr.com between April 1st 2025 and August 5th 2025.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Cashback is available only once per customer, per order.

2. How to Participate

  1. Purchase a OneStock.
  2. Create and submit a User-Generated Content (UGC) video that showcases your experience using OneStock.
  3. Submit your video here. NOTE your video name needs to contain your order number (e.g., Order12345_OneStockReview.mp4). This can be found at the top right corner of your order confirmation.

3. Content Guidelines

  • Videos must be original, created by the participant, and clearly show the OneStock product in use.
  • Video must be at least 30 seconds long.
  • Content must not include offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
    Videos must comply with platform community standards (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Video must be at least 30s long.
  • Video must have good quality audio and video.

4. License & Usage Rights

By submitting a video, you grant Wield VR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in whole or in part across our:

  • Website
  • Social media channels
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Other promotional materials

This usage license is granted indefinitely and without further compensation beyond the cashback reward.

5. Cashback Fulfillment

  • Cashback will be issued as a refund through PayPal and may take up to 30 working days to be processed.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your submitted video file name must include your order number (e.g., Order12345_OneStockReview.mp4).
  • Incomplete or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.
  • Only one Cashback can be claimed per customer.
  • Only orders containing a OneStock is eligible to participate.
  • The cashback amount can never exceed the original price paid by the customer.
  • Orders that are refunded or in the process of refund are not eligible to participate.

6. Additional Prize Opportunity

  • Participants also have a chance to win 1 Meta Quest 3S and upgrades to the OneStock Ultimate Edition.
  • The top submission will receive 1 Meta Quest 3S and an upgrade to the OneStock Ultimate Edition.
  • The submissions ranked 2nd through 4th will each receive an upgrade to the OneStock Ultimate Edition.
  • The 5 best submissions will be selected by Wield VR based on creativity, quality, and adherence to the content guidelines.
  • Wield VR reserves the right not to select any winners if submissions are insufficient or do not meet the quality standards outlined in these guidelines.
  • Winners will be selected no later than August 31st, 2025, and will be notified directly via the contact details provided.
  • Winners must respond within 14 days of notification, or Wield VR may select an alternate winner.
  • Prizes will be shipped to the same address used for the original OneStock order.

7. Right to Modify or End the Program

Wield VR reserves the right to update or terminate this offer at any time without notice. Existing qualified participants will still be honored. Cashback will be provided for up to 200 eligible entries only.
