Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund for 90 days after receiving your product. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Money Back Guarantee (Returns)
We have a 90-day return policy ("Money Back Guarantee"), which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund of your money.
This 90-day money back guarantee covers change of mind or dissatisfaction with your purchase. It does not replace or extend product warranty coverage.
- Orders that include a OneStock VR Gunstock will receive free shipping for returns.
- Orders without a OneStock VR Gunstock will be chargedbe charged a return shipping fee of of $12.50.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging excluding the plastic wrapping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the date of receiving the product. All returned items must be undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached. Save the original packing to be used for the return shipment.
Return Process
To start a return on an item, fill out an return request at wieldvr.com/pages/support or contact our customer service at info@wieldvr.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues (Warranty Claims)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Our 90-day return policy covers only unused or like-new products, not warranty claims.
- The 90-day Money Back Guarantee applies only to returns of non-defective products in original condition.
- Defects and warranty-related claims are handled under our standard warranty terms, or under the Wield VR Care Package if purchased.

Customers who purchased the Wield VR Care Package are entitled to priority service and express shipping according to the Care Package terms below.
For guarantee returns, risk of loss during shipping passes to you once you deliver your package to the carrier. For warranty or Care Package service claims, risk of loss is defined under the applicable warranty or Care Package terms.
For returns from you to us, risk of loss passes to us, or the Third Party Selling Partner, upon our receipt of your items from the carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Wield VR Care Package is a digital service and is non-refundable once activated.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
With our Standard Warranty terms (e.g. without the Wield VR Care Package), the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, the and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The absolute fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the Wield VR Care Package, get in touch with us and within one Business Day we will ship you a replacement item, after which you will return the item you have.
Customers with an active Wield VR Care Package may be eligible for expedited replacement service. See Care Package terms below.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Wield VR Care Package Terms
The Wield VR Care Package is an optional service plan that provides premium support and benefits beyond the Standard Warranty.

Coverage: Priority 1-business-day handling, express shipping both ways, exclusive member discounts & gear, early access to new releases, and access to VIP support channels.

Plans: $20 for 1 year, or $29 for 2 years. One repair or replacement per year typically covers the plan cost.

Activation: Coverage begins on the date of purchase of the Care Package.

Refunds: The Care Package is a digital service and is non-refundable once activated.

Exchanges: Customers with active Care Package coverage are eligible for expedited replacement service in line with the plan’s benefits.

Limitations: Coverage does not extend beyond the purchased term.
